Step 2: Changing your Automatic Deposits & Withdrawals
Use these forms, or stop by and we'll help you go through your current direct deposits and automatic payments to ensure they are changed to SNBT. Some commonly used payees are listed below.
Step 3: Closing your Existing Accounts
Send this completed form to your previous financial institution - only after all of your automatic deposits and payments have been changed.
